2010 GOURDSTOCK Festival Instructor Application Workshops held on Friday & Saturday June 11-12th, 2010 Application deadline: April 1st, 2010. You will need to complete a separate Instructor Application for each workshop. Please Post mail you’re completed Instructor Application to Donna Rositani and email your completed "Title of Class" form to keldelp@gmail.com. Your completed Instructor Application must include a picture and arrive in our hands by April 1st, 2010 in order to be considered. Please Post mail: 1. Completed Instructor Application form and $75.00 check made out to, FGP and Post mail to: Donna Rositani 1825 Lodgepole San Marcos CA. 92078 2. Completed “Title of Class” form.
