- Class sizes are limited and after January 31, 2010 will be filled
on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Only one registrant per form; form may be duplicated.
- Your class confirmation will be mailed by March 31, 2010.
- Materials and preparation fees are required and must be returned
to Toni Best in the enclosed addressed envelope upon receipt of your
class confirmation/s.
- Please indicate 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices. You must be willing to
